Shipping Costs

Partridge Jewellers offer free delivery for online orders throughout New Zealand. For all International deliveries there will be a charge of $150.00.

 

Delivery times

For orders within New Zealand we expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days. We will advise you as soon as possible if there is a delay on an item you have ordered. Rural deliveries can take longer.

Please allow 10 working days for International orders but for some countries it may be less than this.

In some instances rings will need to be created to your specific finger size. If we do not have your size in stock we will advise of the delay before processing your order.

 

Receiving your goods

All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls, they will leave a card to call with details for redelivery. If possible, please provide a delivery address where there will be someone available during business hours.

 

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

 

Paying for your online order

Through our online shop you can pay via all major credit cards. All our prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST at the current rate.

 

Finance options

We are happy to offer finance to New Zealand residents however this is unavailable through our online store. Please contact us directly to discuss these options. 0800 309 8925

 

Tax Free Purchases

All purchases are available tax free for customers travelling overseas. However, rather than purchasing online for tax free we request you call or email us to discuss the process. This allows us to forward the item to your departing airport at the correct time. Please contact us directly to discuss these options on 0800 309 8925.

Cancellation

If you would like to change or cancel an order please email info@partridgejewellers.co.nz to advise of your cancellation. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, please contact us to set up a return once you have received the delivery.

A "Certificate of Authenticity" for each piece of jewellery purchased.

A 5 year warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects (does not cover wear and tear).

A free inspection to advise of any repair requirements.

Online returns

At Partridge Jewellers we want to ensure that you love and cherish the special piece of jewellery you have chosen. To ensure this happens we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to purchases made from our stores.

Online Returns policy

If you wish to return an item purchased please email info@partridgejewellers.co.nz advising of your intent for a refund. Items may be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be in the original condition, unworn and with product tags still attached. Partridge Jewellers will determine the condition at its sole discretion.

Goods must be returned with the original packaging and boxes. Please wrap the goods securely. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the goods in the same condition as they were delivered. Any certificates that were issued need to be returned. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We request that you insure the returning package for the total purchase price. Please use a ‘signature-required’ package and keep a copy of your postal advice as proof of sending until we have acknowledged receipt.

For security reasons please do not write the words “Partridge Jewellers” anywhere on the courier package. Send returned goods to the address below:

All returns are subject to inspection by Partridge Jewellers before a refund or exchange is processed. We will refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order within 14 business days of receiving your returned item.

Partridge Jewellers will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
